New Miami Beach Condo Project

RSI commercial concrete is providing a turnkey concrete package for 321 Ocean Drive condominium complex on Miami Beach, Florida.  The Miami Beach Historic Preservation Board has sanctioned the complete ($24 million) renovation of the 1926 Simone Hotel in the chic South of Fifth neighborhood to create a luxurious low-rise building.

Acclaimed Mexican architect Enrique Norton is designing the 30-unit pair of towers with both ocean-facing and street-facing buildings, and world-renowned designer Enzo Enea is crafting an exquisitely landscaped urban oasis for the Garden at 321.

RSI’s commercial subcontractor work will include all the concrete construction from foundations through the post-tensioned roof deck.  The project has roughly 140,000 gross square feet of space, of which about 105,000 square feet is post-tensioned concrete deck.  RSI is slated to start the project in late November, with the turnkey commercial concrete work completing in approximately 6 months.

RSI is looking forward to working with the general contractor to provide quality concrete safely, on time, and within budget, thereby helping to facilitate the flow of the work schedule of this complex construction project.
